Paul L. Adams (1908–1990) was a member of the Michigan Supreme Court in 1962 and also from 1964-1972.

Adams was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. He received a bachelor's, master's and a law degree all from the University of Michigan. He was mayor of Sault Ste. Marie from 1938 to 1942.

In 1956 Adams was elected a member of the University of Michigan Board of Regents and the following year became the Attorney General of Michigan. In 1962 he left that position when Governor John Swainson appointed him a member of the Michigan Supreme Court.
